Matt Smith is a chartered surveyor who has worked in the UK real estate industry for close to 15 years with extensive experience in leasing, acquisition, valuation and asset management functions.
In his previous role, he was responsible for the running of a £1Bn multi-asset multi-sector UK commercial real estate portfolio on behalf of institutional investors. In addition to his real estate experience, Matt has an engineering background and played basketball competitively in the UK.
