Park Culture

Granta Park has a great community feel with many social events taking place throughout the year.  We have a monthly newsletter promoting news and updates, as well as information on travel initiatives and events, for those that work on the Park.

We have a recently completed a new office building on Site 6 as well as construction of our new amenities building, The Apiary.

Under construction at the moment we have Illumina’s new Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) headquarters as well as a complete refurbishment of the Steinmetz Building for Heptares.

Our fortnightly farmers’ market continues throughout the Summer as well as our many sporting and charity events.

If wildlife is more your thing, then you are in good company. Granta Park has a partnership with Abington Naturewatch whereby volunteers from across the Park report wildlife sightings for inclusion in the group’s annual report. We also run events with The Wildlife Trust, such as our annual bat safari and fungi foray.

  • The Granta Conference Centre is a spacious, purpose-built conference facility offering a premier experience for businesses seeking a light and contemporary venue for their events.

  • Granta Park Montessori Nursery opened its doors in their new premises on Monday 25th June 2018. Operated by Sunhill Daycare, a maximum of 90 places are offered between the opening hours of 07:30-18:30, Monday to Friday.

  • For your convenience, a FREE ATM cash machine is located within our new amenities building on Granta Park - The Apiary.

  • Granta Park has a gated entrance and 24-hour security in operation 365 days a year. With regular park patrols and the latest security measures in place, everyone working or visiting can enjoy a secure environment. If you need to contact Security please call 01223 891 369.

  • A fortnightly farmers market is held outside the pavilion, selling fresh produce and a wide assortment of hand-made food and crafts.

  • Free to join, Granta Park’s car share scheme is a great way to set up a lift share with other staff members commuting to Granta Park. Granta Park has its own dedicated car share website which offers members a quick, easy and secure way to make contact with each other.

  • We care for our environment by managing a full recycling process in order to provide a clean park environment for our human and wildlife populations.

  • Granta Park bicycles are available for staff based on the Park during the working day, which provide a great opportunity to grab some fresh air and take a break from your desk.

  • A wide range of networking events are held throughout the year, which offer those on the park ample opportunities to share information and which create a culture of collaboration within the park and wider business community.

On-site Management

The professional on-site team is available on a daily basis. We work closely with the current occupiers and continually seek ways to improve life at Granta Park, such as arranging events to help companies network and collaborate, as well as coordinating sports and social programmes. We provide a depth of experience in managing the Park and its development with a concern for health and safety, the natural environment, our neighbours and investors.
