Granta Park has a variety of building designs ready for implementation, or a building can be designed to meet a company’s specific requirements to deliver a unique property.

Pre Let/Design and Build Opportunities

Somerville building

38,000 square feet of office and laboratory accommodation is ready to be built and to let. Ideally positioned at the front of Granta Park®, the Somerville Building will be split asymmetrically by the central core, offering laboratory and write-up facilities, a double-height reception and meeting/breakout rooms. At the rear of the building is a goods/passenger lift, rear stairs and toilets/welfare area.

Externally, the development will follow the pattern used elsewhere on the park, with tarmac roadways and concrete block paving parking bays including cycle stands. The office and laboratory building, still to be developed, will be set within soft landscaping designed by Josephine Morrison, Granta Park’s long-standing landscape architect.
